Our policy lasts 40 days from the date of purchase. If 40 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

2. Using the email address you purchased your order with, you will be prompted to fill out a form in the return portal. 

3. You'll need a clear, descriptive photos showing the damage or deficiency found on the product. Order number and/or the name of the purchaser.

4. After submitting the returns form, a customer service agent will contact you within 1-2 business days. 
If you are eligible for a return, you will receive an email with a shipping label PDF (portable document format). The shipping label is to be printed out and attached to the outside of your return package

5. The returns package must then be dropped off at a USPS Post Office or USPS Approved Postal Provider. To find a location nearest you:!input.action

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Return timing:

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2-3 business days before we send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 40 days after delivery.


For returns outside of US and Canada, please contact with your email address used for your oder and order number. We will assist you in processing your return once we receive those details.  


All merchandise is covered under a 90 Day Warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Proof of purchase will be required to process an exchange for manufacturer defects.
